Our first participation in Art On Paper unfolds in the iconic Vanderborght Building in Brussels, marking an exciting new chapter for the gallery. We present a dialogue of worlds and techniques, from Joren Van Acker’s dark charcoal drawings of marine life to Florian Tomballe’s timeless depictions of Greek gods and athletes. These are set against Guillaume Van Moerkercke’s darker-than-dark charcoal interiors, in striking contrast with the vibrant, colorful universes of David Hytone and Michael Kirman, where portraits and imaginary worlds seamlessly collide.
